WEIRTON — The Weirton Healthcare Middle Auxiliary will keep a $5 jewelry and accessories sale from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday and from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday 3 in the clinical centre atrium situated on Colliers Way.

Masks are required.

scheduled to meet Tuesday

STEUBENVILLE — The Steubenville Substantial College Alumni Association will meet on Tuesday at Scaffidi’s Restaurant and Tavern in Steubenville.

The meeting will start at 6 p.m.

Concert scheduled Dec. 4 at Weirton Seventh Day Adventist

WEIRTON — Laura Williams will carry out in concert at 4 p.m. on Dec. 4 at the Weirton Seventh Day Adventist Church, situated at 600 Colliers Way, Weirton.

The concert also will function Ernie Hernandez.

Songs and testimony about the peace that is observed in Christ will be introduced, according to a church spokesperson.

Philoptochos gyro sale Dec. 7

at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox

STEUBENVILLE — Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church Philoptochos Culture will host its regular sale of gyros from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Dec. 7 at the church, positioned at 300 S. Fourth St.

Gyros are $8 just about every. There will be a 25 cent cost for excess tzatziki sauce.

The kouroulakia (twist cookies) are $7 a dozen.

There is cost-free delivery on orders of 4 or more gyros. Orders will be accepted the working day of the sale by mobile phone to (740) 282-9835 or fax at (740) 282-2091.

Ron Retzer Trio entertains

3 Scores Seniors team

WEIRTON — The November conference of the Three Rating Seniors team was identified as to buy with President Kathy McCarrick acquiring Bob Watson give the invocation.

Reservation Chair Vivian Weigel reported there have been 59 members attending and five visitors – Wealthy Ceraolo, a visitor of Diann Ceraolo Rob Klepadlo, guest of Walt and Mary Margaret Klepadlo Invoice Haynes, guest of Ida Haynes Kathy Greiner, visitor of Carol Korzi and Joyce Barnhart, guest of Harold and Mary Ann Elliott.

Historian Lee Edwards experienced updated albums on exhibit.

McCarrick thanked thanked the nominating committee for its function and launched officers for 2022. Ed Powell will serve as president along with vice president, Sandra Briggs Cindy Richards, secretary and George Pohlman, treasurer. The leaders will be mounted at the December assembly.

Jim Hare and Lee Edwards gave envelopes to George Pohlman, Simone Edwards, Mary Ann Elliott and Margaret Chapman. Lee Edwards and Larry Purks gave the 50/25/25 to Kathy McCarrick and Mary Margaret Klepadlo. Undo’s dinners went to Larry Purks and Billie Dietz with fruit baskets to Nancy Smurda and Linda Walter, provided by Betty Advantage and Brenda Edwards.

Watson gave the benediction.
