NORTH ADAMS —  A tiny, family-owned enterprise that has designed plastic coin holders for more than 40 several years has been offered to a California-centered agency that manufactures resources for photo and scrapbooking albums and protecting sleeves for pc tablets.

Air-Tite Holders on Curran Freeway recently was marketed for $1.4 million to a local affiliate of Extremely Professional Worldwide, of Commerce, Calif., in accordance to documents filed at the Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds in Adams.

Extremely Pro, launched in 1952, is a top maker of sports activities and gaming collectible add-ons, in accordance to its website. The disposable protective sleeves are trademarked.

Ultra Professional also owns Hanover Components, of Minnetonka, Minn., a distributor of items created from purely natural or gentleman-designed fibers.
