Favre and Hernàndez – the season takes off

Hernandez At the season’s first Buff® Skyrunner® World Series race in Spain Sunday, Corinne Favre and Jessed Hernàndez took the podium by storm.     

May 11, 2008. Freezing weather - 10° at the summit of the Galina Pelada, forced the organizers of the Maratón de Berga to reduce the course to 37 km with a total of 2,400m total vertical climb.  French veteran skyrunning champion, Corinne Favre took the women’s podium, and local runner Jessed Hernàndez, won the men’s category.
